Scientists looked at our circadian clocks which calibrate according to light or food.

Researchers found that common symptoms of aging, like lower sensitivity to light, can make jet-lag symptoms worse.

So having a big meal in the early morning of a new time zone, can help you adjust quicker and start enjoying that vacation.
