Good morning, Oklahoma! As we step into Friday, it’s starting off cold with temperatures in the 20s, but don’t worry—warmer weather is on the way.
Heading into the weekend, temperatures will continue their upward trend, with highs in the 60s on Saturday and Sunday.

Over the weekend, highs will climb into the 60s in some areas, but Sunday and Monday will bring gusty winds ahead of another cold front.
Saturday will be pleasant for most, with highs in the 50s and 60s.
Unfortunately, rain remains elusive. It’s been 16 days since our last measurable rain in Oklahoma City, and outside of a few showers in far southern Oklahoma this weekend, the state looks dry for the next nine days.
Southeast Oklahoma may see some rain on Saturday and Sunday, but the rest of us will have to wait for more significant moisture.
Sunday will be breezy and warmer, with highs in the 60s.
Early next week, temperatures dip back into the 40s before rebounding above average by midweek.
Will Oklahoma Have A White Christmas?
Statistically, Oklahoma has a low chance of snow on Christmas Day.
It hasn’t snowed here on Christmas in 12 years, and the last nine Christmases have been snow-free.
However, there’s still hope as we track a couple of systems closer to the holiday. Stay tuned!
