City Of Moore Gets New Dispatch System

The City of Moore has a new dispatch system that will better serve residents.

Dispatchers will now be asking callers a series of questions to identify the problem so they can send the correct help.

It will also allow them to prioritize calls for response.

The fire chief said it will speed up the process to get units on scene faster.
