Oklahoma Named Top 10 Renter State

Oklahoma is a top ten state for renters, according to a new survey by Consumer Affairs.

According to the survey, the average rent in Oklahoma City costs about $1,400 a month.

Across the state, the average for rent sits at $862 per month.

However, Consumer Affairs said renter's insurance is 38% higher in Oklahoma compared to the national average.
