ACLU, Attorney General File Non-Enforcement Agreement Over Ban On Gender-Affirming Medical Treatment For Transgender Youth

The Attorney General's Office and the ACLU confirm the filing of a non-enforcement agreement over a law banning gender-affirming medical treatment for transgender youth.

The Attorney General's office tells us it's fulfilling its duty to defend the law saying quote, "A temporary stay of enforcement simply allows more time to mount the strongest possible defense.”
