Man Officially Charged In Connection To 2022 Valentine’s Day Murders

The man involved in a shooting on Valentine's Day in 2022 has been officially charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

David Shatswell is accused of shooting and killing Kayla Yates and Raymond Paddyaker while they were in a car along Northwest 10th Street and North Portland Avenue.

Shatswell will be formally arraigned at the end of this month.
