Sexual Battery Trial Underway For Oklahoma Co. Rideshare Driver

A trial is underway for a rideshare driver in Oklahoma County charged with sexually battering his passenger.

Investigators said in 2021, Timothy Greene picked up the victim from a bar in Edmond, attacked her, then left her in another car belonging to someone else in Logan County.

Greene is charged with sexual battery, kidnapping and grand larceny.

The jury was seated Monday, and could start deliberating soon.
