Sassy Mama: Mocha Affogato

News 9's Sassy Mama shares her mocha affogato recipe, a great way to wake mom up on Mother's Day.

Ingredients:

1. ½ cup hot espresso coffee
2. Vanilla ice cream
3. Chocolate sauce
4. Wafer cookie

Instructions:

1. In a small glass cup or bowl, add a large scoop of ice cream.
2. Pour the hot espresso coffee over the top of the ice cream.
3. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
4. Stick the edge of wafer cookie into the top of the ice cream and serve.

***Use caramel sauce for the caramel lover!
