24-Year-Old Man Killed In Kay County Collision

Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports one dead after a collision on South Ranch Drive, outside of Ponca City, around 7 a.m. Monday.

Gabino Serralda, 24, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash by Ponca City EMS. Serralda had injuries to the head, trunk, arms and legs.

Serralda was transported to Trout Funeral Home in Ponca City.

OHP do not know what caused the crash, but report the seatbelts were not in use.
