Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt vetoed legislation authorizing the OETA, which broadcasts PBS programming across the state.

Stitt told lawmakers the public broadcaster's strategic value is unclear.

If lawmakers decline to override the veto, OETA's authorization expires in July.
