An Oklahoma City private school is paying more than $350,000 to settle a federal lawsuit over alleged false claims to a health care provider.
Prosecutors claimed that Good Shepherd Catholic School submitted false claims to the health care program Tricare for services provided to students with autism.
The US.S. said the claims were fraudulent because services were given in a group setting, and not one-on-one as required.
The school said the settlement is not an admission of liability.
