1 Hospitalized After NW OKC Stabbing

One person was hospitalized and another arrested after a stabbing early Tuesday morning in Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City Police said they responded to the scene at around 1 a.m. near Northwest 10th Street and North Bradley Avenue in reference to an assault with deadly weapon call.

The call stated that there was, what sounded like, a heated fight behind a house in the area involving multiple people.

When officers arrived on scene, they found David Zuniga, 22, with a stab wound to his stomach.

After officers locked down the scene and the subjects were interviewed, it was determined that a physical fight had broke out in the backyard where the suspect, Mario Lux, 22, allegedly stabbed Zuniga.

Officers on scene said the victim was able to talk to them when they were transported to the hospital.

Lux was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
