Cole, Okla., Family Rides Out Deadly Tornado

News 9's Jennifer Pierce talked to a family from McClain County, Okla., who were in the path of a deadly central Oklahoma storm Wednesday night.

Larry Birdwell described what it was like to be in the tornado.

"A lot of people say it sounds like a train. It was just some straight wind," he said. "I mean, that's all we could hear was wind -- and debris hitting the storm shelter."
