OKC Police Identify 2022 Fentanyl Overdose Fatality

The Oklahoma City Police Department identified a person who died after ingesting fentanyl in October 2022.

OCPD said they responded to a home near West Hefner Road and North MacArthur Boulevard where 30-year-old Megan Fuzzell was found dead.

A medical examiner determined the cause of death was a fentanyl overdose.

Investigators said 30-year-old Kristopher Hauser had provided the fentanyl to Fuzzell, and Hauser was taken into custody.

OCPD said Hauser was booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center on a complaint of felony murder.
