OKCFD Investigate SE OKC House Fire

Oklahoma City firefighters are investigated a house fire that broke out around 1 a.m. Tuesday near Southeast 62nd Street and South Byers Avenue.

Crews say the blaze started in the back of the house near the laundry room.

"The neighbor says that they moved out and came and got the dogs a couple days ago, and nobody has been around since," OKCFD District Chief Wiley Gabehart said. "We're calling out the investigators to have them take a look."

Gabehart said the damage is extensive but they are still working on an estimate.
