Zookeeper Cares For Sick Baby Gorilla After Mother Rejects Him

An Australian zookeeper took in a sick baby gorilla after his real mother rejected him.

The baby gorilla’s mother was suffering medical complications and was unable to care for him.

The Managing Director at Australian Wildlife Parks, Chad Staples took on the role of “mum” for young baby Kauis, who developed sepsis pneumonia and was desperately sick at Mogo Wildlife Park in New South Wales.

Staples continues caring for the gorilla and posting videos.
