Stitt Supporting Calls To Ban Pornographic Material In Schools

Governor Kevin Stitt spoke out about a rule change proposal impacting school libraries. 

Stitt said he approves with State Superintendent Ryan Walters attempts to ban “pornographic material” in public school libraries.

The governor said he urges the legislature to quickly approve the rule change.

Attorney General Gentner Drummond said the State Board of Education overstepped its authority by issuing the rule change.
