Semi Driver Killed In Texas County Crash

A Kansas man was killed Sunday afternoon in Texas County during a rollover crash, authorities say.

OHP said Brandon Scott Moore, 49, died at the scene just southwest of Hooker, Oklahoma.

Moore was driving westbound on US-54 in a 2020 Kenworth semi when OHP says he went off the right side of the road and rolled over after trying to regain control.

The semi landed on its side, where Moore was pinned for approximately 30 minutes before firefighters pulled him out.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
