OCPD Arrest Man Following Assault, Battery With Vehicle

An Oklahoma City metro man is under arrest after officers said he struck a store manager with his vehicle.

Officers said Alvin Chandler was upset that a restaurant he was at was sold out of the food he ordered.

OCPD said the incident happened in early March near North Pennsylvania Avenue and Northwest 122nd Street..

Chandler was arrested on an assault and aattery with a dangerous weapon complaint.
