Oklahoma state senators approved Senate Bill 7 on Tuesday, which would stop Oklahomans from needing to change the clock twice a year, and lock in Daylight Saving Time year round.

Oklahoma state senators approved Senate Bill 7 on Tuesday, which would stop Oklahomans from needing to change the clock twice a year, and lock in Daylight Saving Time year round.

The bill now moves to the Oklahoma House of Representatives.

However, the United States Congress also needs to take action before Oklahoma makes the official change.
