Amazing Oklahoman: Virgil Kinnison

Tonight we honor Captain Virgil Kinnison as our Amazing Oklahoman.

At the age of 19 he was the youngest Navy pilot in the China, Burma, India Theater of World War II and flew more than 25 flights over enemy territory.

Yesterday, at 98, Captain Kinnison passed away, but he'll be remembered as one of Oklahoma's great World War II heroes.
