OCPD Identify Victim From Friday Shooting

Oklahoma City Police have identified the victim from a shooting that took place at around 2:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 20 in north Oklahoma City.

OCPD arrived in the area of Northeast 32nd Street and North Lindsay Avenue Friday morning after reports of gunshots, where Lhazmon McCain, 36, was found and pronounced deceased on the scene. 

OCPD said there was an altercation between the victim and suspect that led to the victim being shot. 

The shooter fled before the police arrived, Oklahoma City Police said, and the investigation is in the early stages, so no arrests have been made yet.
