Former Fairview Police Chief Arrested

A former Fairview Oklahoma Police Chief was arrested across state lines on Monday after a felony warrant was filed during an investigation.

Former Chief Dan Smith faces two charges both counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony. Smith was arrested in Ohio he will be brought back to Oklahoma for his hearing.
