AAA: Large Influx Of Holiday Travelers Expected Compared To Previous Years

The American Automobile Association is expecting more than 100 million people to travel 50 miles or more for the holidays.

About 113 million Americans are expected to travel 50 miles or further from their homes between Dec. 23 and Jan. 2.

AAA said air travel is expected to be up by 14% from 2022, and the number of those going by land is expected to increase by at least two million.
