One man is dead and another woman injured after a shooting in northeast Oklahoma City.

Police say they believe that bullet that killed the man was the same one that injured the woman.

Police arrested 35-year-old Frenadres J. Walker on a first-degree murder complaint on Monday.

Police responded to the Sooner Haven Apartments on North Lottie Avenue about 11:30 a.m. Monday for a shooting-related welfare check.

“Officers got there, they found one person deceased on the front porch of the address they were checking,” said Dillon Quirk with OCPD.

They found 53-year-old Antonio Hardimon dead on the front porch with a gunshot wound to the chest.

In court documents, police say “a clear blood trail was observed.”

Witness Rosie Walker was shot in the arm by the same bullet that killed Hardimon – who she said was her friend.

Rosie Walker told police the suspect, Frenadreus Walker, is her son.

Officers say Hardimon was dragged outside by the suspect after being shot, and before the suspect ran off to a relative’s apartment where he changed his clothes.

Rosie Walker told News 9 at the apartment that her arm was bandaged up and she was fine.

Rosie Walker told police that she, the suspect and the victim were all together getting high.

She briefly left the room and heard the gunshot.

"It appears it could be domestic related in some way, but they're still working through those details,” Quirk said.
