Sassy Mama: Spicy Corn Dip

Cookie expert Sassy Mama shows us how to make a spicy corn dip just in time for the Fourth of July.

Ingredients

3 cups roasted cooked corn

½ cup sour cream

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sharp cheese, shredded

1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

1 can green chilies

½ teaspoon cumin

½ jalapeno chopped

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
