Grady County Man Arrested In Connection With Child Pornography Investigation

OSBI agents have arrested a Grady County man in connection with a child pornography investigation. 

According to OSBI, Carl Lee Moore of Amber was taken into custody on June 28. 

The investigation started in October of 2021 when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sent a tip to the OSBI. After further investigation, OSBI uncovered that Moore had used his neighbors unsecured IP address to upload and share child pornography. 

Moore is charged with Possession of Child Pornography, Distribution of Child Pornography and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. 

A Texas man, William Bryant Pope, was also arrested and charged with buying obscene material.
