Cooking expert Sassy Mama shows us how to make pickled cucumbers.
5-6 thinly sliced cucumbers, Persian or English
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1-2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried lime peel
1/4 teaspoon all-spice berries
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes**
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
In a medium bowl, mix together the spices, honey and sesame oil with the vinegar.
Add the cucumber slices and place into an airtight container to chill for 1-2 days. They get yummier the longer they sit!
