OG&E Customers Voice Concerns Over Company's Proposed Rate Hike

Oklahoma Gas and Electric customers shared their pointed thoughts regarding a proposed rate hike during an Oklahoma Corporation Commission meeting Tuesday.

"You say you want infrastructure? You guys have been in business for how many years? How come you haven't been doing this all along?" an OG&E customer asked the commission.

The proposed nine percent increase would add approximately $10 to customer's monthly utility bill.

The next Oklahoma Corporation Commission hearing on the proposed rate hike will be June 27.
