WATCH: Vehicle Stranded In Floodwater Along Interstate 35

Heavy rain caused part of a major Oklahoma City interstate to shut down Tuesday morning.

Bob Mills SkyNews 9 was over the scene of Interstate 35 near Northeast 23rd Street with at least one vehicle stranded in water.

As of 9:30 a.m., one southbound lane of I-35 has been reopened. However, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation has closed the I-35 northbound lanes at this time.
