Sassy Mama is in the studio cooking up some fast and easy favorites!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a medium sized bowl. Once butter is melted add 1 ramen seasoning packet to the butter and stir. Crumble the ramen noodles into the bowl. Add almonds and cashews and toss everything together in the seasoned butter mixture. Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Halfway through, stir the noodle nut mixture to evenly toast. Remove from the oven and cool completely. While the crunchies are cooling put the slaw mix in a medium sized bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill. Right before you serve add crunchies and drizzle with dressing. Toss together and serve.
To make the dressing add the sugar, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce and pepper to a mason jar. Place the lid on the jar and make sure it is sealed. Shake till the sugar is dissolved into the dressing. Chill till ready to serve.
