The driver involved in a Thursday accident that led to the death of a Westmoore High School student has been arrested.

The accident occurred near Southwest 107th and Western, when the driver of an SUV pulled out from the driveway of a residence and into the path of the student, who was on a motorcycle.
The student on the motorcycle was wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, but died at the scene.
The victim was identified as 17-year-old Kolby Scott Dutton.
The driver of the SUV was identified as 70-year-old Judy C. Todd.
Todd was arrested and is now in custody at the Cleveland County Jail.
She was detained on complaints of first-degree manslaughter, suspicion of DUI with drugs and failure to yield from private drive.
The case is under investigation at this time.
