A police chase came to an end in Minnesota after the suspect crashed into wet pavement.

Authorities said the woman was driving erratically and using a bullhorn to yell at people.

Officers said the woman had been involved in nine complaints dating back to May 11.

The damage estimate is worth upwards of $40,000.
