CDC Report Shows Increase In Oklahoma Overdose Deaths

The CDC is reporting a 22% increase in overdose deaths in Oklahoma.

There were 168 more overdose-related deaths reported in 2021 than in 2020.

Around the country, the number of overdose deaths increased by around 15%.

The numbers in this report are provisional due to under-reporting.
