Firefighters Battle Overnight House Fire In Northwest OKC

An overnight house fire in northwest Oklahoma City sent one person to the hospital.

Crews said they saw heavy smoke as they arrived at a home near Northwest 24th Street and North Lee Avenue.

Oklahoma City fire crews said the victim is expected to be OK.

Firefighters said five cats died in the fire but several others were rescued.
