American Parkinson Disease Association Oklahoma Holds Education Forum

The Oklahoma Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association held an education forum in Broken Arrow on Saturday. More than 100 people showed up to hear from health experts, including a Movement Disorder Specialist who talked about clinical trials going on right here in Tulsa.

The Oklahoma Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association held an education forum in Broken Arrow on Saturday.

More than 100 people showed up to hear from health experts, including a Movement Disorder Specialist who talked about clinical trials going on right here in Tulsa.

News On 6's Amy Slanchik emceed the event in honor of her mother, Sharon, who has Parkinson's and has been fighting the disease with optimism for nearly a decade.
