Tulsa Donut Shop Makes Sylvester Stallone Donut

A Tulsa donut shop got a very special shoutout from Sylvester Stallone that is going viral on social media! The star thanked the local business for making his "proudest accomplishment" come true -- having his face on a donut!

It is not every day your company gets a shout out from a Hollywood legend.

"Someone on his team found us. In catering for a large group, you have to accommodate a variety of dietary needs. We can do that -- our regular stuff is just as good as our vegan and gluten free," said Rania Warren, owner of Big Baby Rolls and Donuts, "The smart alecks on our Big Baby Rolls team added a few Sylvester Stallone donuts using our new fancy machine we have and they somehow got to Mr. Sylvester Stallone!"

"It is insane! It is just mind blowing!" said Warren!

Big Baby Rolls opened its doors in April of 2020, with the sole purpose of making sweet treats available for everyone.

"We specialize in offering donuts that are both vegan or gluten free," said Warren, "Unless I told you that our vegan donuts are vegan -- you would never know."

They say they are the only donut shop in Tulsa with this fancy little machine, which can put logos or faces onto food. The machine is not cheap, and Rania will admit that, but it might've ended up paying for itself.

"I almost cried -- not because of the business but because there are people here who work really hard. They come in at midnight, they bust their tails. Each donut is something that is hand rolled, proofed, baked, fried, and iced. I was really happy for them," said Warren.
