Tulsa Police: Burglar Knocks Hole Into Wrong Business During Attempted Burglary

Tulsa police say someone tried to break into a dispensary near Pine and Peoria on Tuesday morning by knocking a hole into the back of the building, only to find out it was the wrong business.

The dispensary shares a building with Block Builderz, a business that helps people in the criminal justice system.

The owner says someone knocked a hole into their wall, cut the power, got inside and realized it was an office and not the dispensary.

Owner D'marria Monday says they plan to board up the wall and keep her doors open.

"We're here to offer hope. We're not going to allow someone to steal our joy. We're going to continue, we're going to clean up, we're going to board it up, the sun is shining and it's business as usual. We're still here to offer hope," said Monday.

Nothing was stolen, according to the owner.
