After some of us experienced freezing temperatures for nearly two days straight, Saturday’s highs are expected to return to normal.
Central Oklahoma woke up Saturday to a familiar trend this week: Temperatures in the teens and wind chills nearing single digits. Those conditions are expected to dissipate as the day progresses.
Oklahoma City will see a high temperature near 50 degrees. Portions of western Oklahoma will likely hit the 50-degree mark with plenty of sunshine. Breezes will be light across our viewing area, ranging anywhere between five and 10 miles per hour.
Sunday appears to be a bit warmer with highs expected to reach into the mid-50s in Oklahoma City.
