Oklahoma Co. Detention Center Detainee Found Dead In Cell

The Oklahoma County Detention Center confirmed the death of a detainee on Monday afternoon.

They detainee, identified as Winfred Lowe, was found unresponsive in his cell on Monday morning.

The family of Lowe have been notified of his death.

The state's medical examiner’s office has not cited a reason for his death at this time.
