Bartlesville Public Schools will be transitioning its students to distance learning this week due to a shortage of substitute teachers and other school staff.

Bartlesville Public Schools will be transitioning its students to distance learning this week due to a shortage of substitute teachers and other school staff.

According to BPS, Bartlesville High School, Central Middle School, and Madison Middle School will be in Distance Learning on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 18-19, 2022. Meanwhile, the six elementary schools will be in person on Tuesday. Teachers will distribute Chromebooks for students on Tuesday for Distance Learning on Wednesday, January 19.

School officials say they will determine the distance learning plan for Thursday and Friday sometime on Tuesday or Wednesday. To read the full message to parents CLICK HERE
