Simple Skillet Cabbage

1. 2 slices bacon, diced
2. 1 package coleslaw mix
3. 1 onion, diced
4. Salt & pepper

1. Sauté the bacon in a large skillet till browned.
2. Stir in the diced onion and cook till onions are caramelized.
3. Once onions are light brown in color stir in the coleslaw cabbage mix and cook just till it is wilted.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve with pork or chicken.
