Man Convicted In Deadly Police Crash Will Spend Life In Prison

OKLAHOMA CITY -

An Oklahoma man who killed another driver while fleeing from police will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Earlier in December, Shawn Baumgardner was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the 2020 dead of David Trammell.

Baumgardner escaped from a Tishomingo jail in October. Following a second pursuit with law enforcement he was shot and arrested.
