No Charges Against Broken Arrow Officer Injured In Shooting Last Month

Prosecutors said a Broken Arrow Police Officer was justified when he returned fire when 31-year-old Cory Batt shot him in the leg last month. District Attorney jack Thorpe said the video shows the officers started shooting after Batt shot first.

Prosecutors said a Broken Arrow Police Officer was justified when he returned fire when 31-year-old Cory Batt shot him in the leg last month.

District Attorney jack Thorpe said the video shows the officers started shooting after Batt shot first.

Police said Batt shot and killed himself right after he shot the officer.
