2018 Shooting Now Ruled Homicide

A shooting in the summer of 2018 is now being ruled a homicide.

On May 17, 2018, Lucianna Olive was shot by a handicapped man she was caring for. This summer, she died of complications from the shooting.

The person she was caring for, Sammy Atkinson, was never charged in the shooting.
