Gluten Free Air Fryer Cobbler

  1. Nonstick cooking spray
  2. 4 apples, peeled & cored
  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  5. 2 tablespoon almond flour
  6. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  8. 2 tablespoon cold butter

  1. Preheat 350 degrees.
  2. Spray the inside of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Slice apple thin and roughly chop.
  4. Add the apples to the bottom the air fryer pan.
  5. Toss with 1-2 teaspoons honey.

To make the crumble:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Using a fork or your fingers work the COLD butter into the dry ingredients until crumbles are formed.
  3. Add the streusel on top of the apples.
  4. Cool for 20 minutes or until apples are bubbly and crumble is browned.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
