At Thursday's state board of education meeting, state officials presented the results of the 2021 spring summative assessments.
Across the board, most every grade, every content area, tested below where they should be.
The challenge the state said it's facing in understanding the data this year is the changes in enrollment and participation of all different sort of students.
Now, it's up to districts to figure out which students or subgroups of students need the most support to ensure everyone is getting equitable access to their education.
