OCPD: 1 Woman Dead In NW OKC Single-Vehicle Accident

Oklahoma City police said one woman died following a fatal accident Sunday morning.

The accident happened near the intersection of Northwest 122nd Street and Lake Hefner Parkway.

Authorities said the accident was a single-vehicle incident. The incident and fatality were confirmed just after 6 a.m. Sunday.
