Colorado Police Rescue Toddler With Head Stuck In Railing

Colorado police used a battering ram to pry open a railing after a child got her head stuck.

The Boulder Police Department shared bodycam video from the August incident and said:

“As kids we’ve all done things that seem like a good idea but that we come to regret.”
