On Saturday, two organizations are teaming up to remember the lives taken on 9/11.

"Hockey is our thing. We love playing it, and we love being around each other," said Anthony Goforth, captain of the Oklahoma Warriors Ice Hockey Team.

Oklahoma Warriors Ice Hockey is a chance for retired military members to be part of a team.

"The purpose of the team was to get guys together and give them a place to land when they come out to the civilian world," said Joe Corbett, a vice president of the Oklahoma Warriors Ice Hockey Team.

The team gives these veterans a chance to focus on the present. This weekend, they will look back on the past.

"At 5 o'clock, the puck is going to drop. We are playing the Oklahoma City fire and police department team," said Corbett.

The game will be at the Blazers Ice Centre on Saturday. Entry is a monetary donation to support Oklahoma veteran's causes.
